Terms of use

RiseLancer connects beginners (trainees) with e-commerce sellers (clients) for training placements.

Accounts

Each person may hold one account. You must give your real name and a valid ID, phone number and email. Accounts with false details are closed.

Placements

Training lasts at least 45 days. Days 1 to 7 are an unpaid trial for both sides. From day 8 the client pays the agreed rate, at least $10 per task, week or month, through RiseLancer. A client may train up to 3 trainees at a time.

Fees

Joining is free. RiseLancer keeps 10% of each payment a trainee earns.

Stay on RiseLancer

All communication and payments between clients and trainees must stay on RiseLancer. Sharing phone numbers, email addresses, WhatsApp, Telegram, Skype or social media contacts, or asking to pay outside the platform, is not allowed. Such details are hidden automatically. Each attempt is a strike, and after 3 strikes the account is suspended for review.

Conduct

No harassment, and no sharing of buyer data or account passwords beyond what the work requires.
